After an initial career in film/TV production in Los Angeles, she found a creative outlet through movement as a Pilates trainer. Working with her trainees on their physical wellness, mindfulness and breathwork, she discovered her true passion for caring for others and creating a warm, empathetic space for people to explire their internal world as well. Sophia then completed her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at Antioch University in 2022. She has experience providing individuals, couples, and family therapy in a variety of settings treating a wide range of clinical issues. She takes a collaborative, integrative approach to best fit each unique individual in the room. She holds an Associate License in MFT in New Jersey (#37FA00027500) and in New York (P115588). Sophia offers a safe space to help her clients explore opportunities for change, growth and self-discovery.
