Sajel is especially passionate about working with individuals who are seeking to heal their relationships with food and their bodies. She also has experience supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. Sajel aims to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to deepen their emotional insight and build meaningful coping skills. Her approach is informed by several evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. In Fall 2025, she plans to further expand her knowledge on CBT-AR (CBT for ARFID.)

Sajel believes wholeheartedly that each person is the expert of their own story. She considers it a privilege to witness and gently support her clients as they navigate their unique paths toward healing.

Outside of her work, Sajel finds joy in spending time with her loved ones, going for walks, knitting, and reading. She strives to live a life that feels fulfilling and grounded in the small, meaningful moments.
