Hailey Kaiser, Intern

Hailey is a pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor currently working under the supervision of Gabriella Fink. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology at the University of Alabama and is currently working toward completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Hailey is passionate about working with others throughout their therapeutic journey, especially during seasons of uncertainty, growth, and healing.

Hailey understands that beginning counseling can feel intimidating and even uncomfortable. Opening up to a stranger about personal struggles is not easy. She strives to create a warm, non-judgmental, and laid-back environment where clients can feel safe, understood, and at case. Hailey values building genuine therapeutic relationships and take time to truly get to know each client and their unique concerns, believing that meaningful change begins with feeling seen and supported.

In her free time, Hailey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new food places, and reading new books.
